Angled Floor Plan

Our clients had a beautiful lot and wanted to preserve as many of the existing trees as possible when building their new home. We settled on this unique angled floor plan, which took greatest advantage of the rear property views and fit within the trees.

Angled Floor Plan

We couldn't be happier with the interesting and beautiful lines created by this unique angled floor plan. The builder, Frank Shelton, masterfully pulled off the nuances of the complicated roof plan, and the final result is something we are all very proud of.

Angled Floor Plan

The detached garage and portico were angled to accommodate the lot size/shape and unique factors such as existing trees and view to the rear of the property. Designing this home was a wonderful creative challenge and we love the result!
